If you placed the message, then through the ‘My account’ section of the website you will be able to cancel/delete all messages.

If I cancel my message will I receive a refund?

A refund will be paid if you cancel your message within 7 days of your order being submitted, if the message has not been Active during this time. Please note any 'Active' messages that are cancelled will be still be liable for fees.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.
