Q. How can I amend my message?
A. You will need to contact the person who placed the message.

If you placed the message, go in to the ‘My account’ section and click on 'My messages'. Under the message picture you will have the option to 'Select action', click on 'edit message'.
 
Q. What can I amend in my message?
A. Through the ‘My Account’ section of the website you will be able to edit the following details in a message:

• Change the wording of a message
• Change the category and sub-category
• Change the recipient details
• Send/Change the alert for the recipient
• Cancel the Message
• Place a message again (if expired)

You will not be able to change the length of placement, however you can easily place the same message without having to re-enter all the information again, once it has expired.
 
Q. Can I change other people’s messages?
A. No, you will need to contact the person who placed the message.
(Please do not leave messages in the comments section for this purpose as these will not be accepted, for safety personal details can not be left on the site.)
