How do I find a message? |

If you are looking for a particular message and know their name you can use the quick search on the homepage, ('Find Who's Been Surprised' box) just type in their name and click on the start search button.
Otherwise go to ‘View messages’ and enter details into any of the boxes and click on start search. If you are after one particular message then the more information you place in these boxes the quicker you will find the message.
However just for fun it my be worth looking through a different category such as ‘Look what I have won’, or ‘Will you marry me?’ or ‘Stag Weekends’

If you placed the message, then you can view and check on the status of the message at any time through ‘My account’.

How long can I view the message for? |

Messages are refreshed on a daily basis and messages will expire at midnight on their last day of placement.
The person placing a message has the option to place the message for 1 week up to 4 weeks from the starting date, so it may be gone tomorrow!

How can I tell if there is a new comment left for me? |

You will have to keep checking!
However if you did not get chance to check it, the person who placed the message will be able to view the expired message in their account.

I cannot see my message! |

Use the quick search on the homepage, just type in your name and click on the start search button.
If you can not see it go to ‘View messages’ and enter details into any of the boxes and click on start search. The more information you place in these boxes the quicker you will find the message. Try variations of spellings just in case!
If still no luck, contact the person who placed the message or if you placed the message, check the ‘My account’ section.
