I cannot Login or access My Account! |

If you have just entered the site then the easiest way to test for a fault is to have your password resent to you.
You can obtain this by clicking on ‘Login’ and it will ask you the question ‘Forgotten your password?’ Just follow the link and it will take you through the procedure to have your password sent to your email address.
Once you have your new password, try logging in again, you can then change your password in the ‘My details’ section of ‘My account’.
OR if you were already on the site prior to trying 'My account'
it may be that your time on the site has expired, by exceeding the safety limits set on the site, to reset it you will need to Logout and then Login again.
